Our warranty policy as below:

-Warranty

Our warranty is 2 years after customer received goods. Within this  period, if there is any parts and components damaged, we  will ship a new one for replacement  free of charge by DHL( 3 days arrived). What's more, if there is any technical  problems, our service team will respond within 1 hours and provide solutions.  

After  warranty period, the 3rd year and 4th years, if  there are any spare parts broken, we will pay 50% cost for new parts, another  50% and shipping freight will be paid by customer.

-After sales service. How does it  works?  

We will send complete operation video and manual to the end user  before shipping the goods. Before equipment leaving the factory one week ago,  our technical people will do " nine point test" to check the temperature  uniformity inside the chamber and make sure the machine performance 100% no problem.  

Also, we support the remote access and conference meeting via  Ethernet. Then we can make a face to face communicate if you have any operation  problems, and everything will become very closely, Right ? Below is an example  !

                     
Additionally, Sanwood Promise: If the equipment is  not qualified under correct use within 3 months, you can return the   machine back and we will refund  to you and bear the freight.
