Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) Tester

Application scenario:

It is used to test the filtering efficiency of daily protective masks and medical masks for particulate matter, and to determine the obstruction performance of ordinary fabrics and medical protective masks against the constant flow of airflow. Applicable to medical device inspection center, safety protection inspection center, labor protection inspection center, drug inspection center, disease prevention and control center, textile testing center, hospital, mask manufacturing enterprises and etc.

KN95 test fixture


Main features:

1. The cold-generation aerosol generator generates continuous and stable aerosol particles, which is convenient for filling the solution.

2. Adopt high-precision PM2.5 sensor to measure aerosol concentration.

3. The anti-leakage design of the whole particle to protect the safety of the experimenters.

4. Two sets of aerosol generators: salt particulate aerosol generator and oily particulate aerosol generator.

5. Pneumatic fixture is equipped with protection device, which is safe and convenient to use.

6. Configure the temperature and humidity sensor to display the ambient temperature and humidity in real time (temperature and humidity requirements: 25℃ ± 5℃, 30% RH ±10% RH).

7. Equipped with glass rotor flowmeter, vacuum pump and laser dust particle counter.

8. Control system: touch screen control test control system.

9. Automatically test gas concentration, automatically calculate filtration efficiency, can save, output, query and print test data instantly.
