Currently, the global robotics industry is at a critical juncture marked by technological innovation and deep market penetration, with industrial and service robots developing in tandem. From a technological perspective, the localization rate of core robot components continues to rise, and breakthroughs are being made in key technologies such as precision control and autonomous navigation. Consequently, industry standards for product environmental adaptability, reliability, and stability have reached new heights. Specializing in environmental testing, Sanwood Technology provides comprehensive environmental simulation testing solutions tailored to all robot application scenarios, thereby establishing a robust foundation for product reliability.

Reliability Requirements

The operational reliability of robots under complex operating conditions directly determines their application value and market competitiveness. Complex environments—such as extreme temperatures and humidity, cyclic humidity and heat, salt spray corrosion, vibration and shock, and dust intrusion—can easily lead to performance degradation, structural failure, and signal disruption in core robot components (such as sensors, servo motors, and control modules). The technical capabilities of environmental simulation test chambers directly impact the core quality of robotic products.

Cooling rate: +155°C to -55°C (linear or non-linear: 5.0°C, 10.0°C, 15.0°C, 20.0°C, 25.0°C/min)

AGREE Test Chamber

Temperature Range: -70°C to +180°C

Humidity Range: 20%RH to 98%RH (+20°C to +85°C)

Temperature Fluctuation: ≤±0.5°C (unloaded, steady-state)

Temperature Deviation: ≤±2°C (under no-load, steady-state conditions)

Heating Rate: -70.0°C to +180.0°C within approximately 60 minutes (3.0–5.0°C/min)

Cooling Rate: +180.0°C to -70.0°C within approximately 100 minutes (1.0–3.0°C/min)

Triple-combination testing typically employs an electric vibration table (electromagnetic type), supporting high-frequency vibration (up to 2000 Hz or higher) to simulate mechanical shock or random vibration.

Multi-axis vibration: Some systems achieve multi-axis vibration (e.g., X/Y/Z axes) through fixture design or the coordinated operation of multiple units.

Lower frequency limit: Some tests require simulating transportation vibrations (as low as 5 Hz), which demands that the vibration table possess wide-band response capabilities.

In addition, our extensive product portfolio—including a series of environmental simulation equipment such as Salt Spray Test ChambersThermal Shock Test Chambers, and HAST Acceelerated Aging Test Chambers—can be applied to reliability testing in the robotics field, ensuring the performance of both core components and complete systems.
