On May 15, 2025, the 17th China International Battery Technology Exhibition/Conference (CIBF 2025) officially kicked off at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center! As a professional enterprise in the field of environmental simulation testing equipment, we showcased our Battery Charge-Discharge High-Low Temperature Test Chamber and Liquid-Cooled Temperature Test Chamber at Booth T079, Hall 10!

Heating/Cooling rate: Heating 5℃/min, Cooling 1℃/min (non-linear)

The test chamber software controls temperature, enabling automated process testing with protective conditions, reducing manual operation costs, and ensuring data reliability.

Equipped with a smart meter for real-time energy consumption, with open communication protocols for remote control and data transmission.


Liquid-Cooled Temperature Test Chamber

Temperature range: 0℃ to +100℃

Temperature fluctuation (no load, steady state):≤0.5℃ (0℃~+85℃)

                                                                           ≤1℃ (+86℃~+100℃)

Temperature uniformity (no load, steady state):≤1℃ (0℃~+85℃)

                                                                           ≤2℃ (+86℃~+100℃)

Heating/Cooling rate:Average heating rate: 2℃~3℃/min

Utilizes high-quality explosion-proof titanium alloy heating tubes for rapid heat exchange with zero lag.

Equipped with an intelligent microcomputer PID + SSR/SCR system, supporting bidirectional synchronous output and advanced slope control logic for precise and stable temperature regulation.
