Brief introduction of Bench-Top Type Temperature (& Humidity) Chamber


This chamber is composed of Energy Conservation, remove network system and Circuit system which up to UK international standard.

 

It could be applied to both energy conservation and temperature (Humidity) change test.


System of Energy conservation

 

The design of energy conservation system can not only guarantee the sample with no condensation, but also has optimal space use with stand options.

 

Through the controller output signal, control the frequency converter and electronic expansion valve, accurately adjust the refrigerant flow, in order to achieve energy saving effect, and the cooling system will more stable. (Frequency control is optional)

Temperature and humidity control can support humidity from 20% to 98% in the temperature range of +10 to 85, to maximize the simulation of atmospheric environment, can design a variety of tests.

Application of Remove Network System

 

To achieve the remove control, we use SAMWON-EZNET network remove technical which is based on the web server. So it can momently monitor the chamber and sent email to user’s PC and mobile phone, enhance convenience.

The control system is based on smart phone monitoring APP of SIMS server S/W communication.(Apple/ Samsong)

 

SIMS sever (PC program) and network APP which can be visited by most smart phones are based on product control module of smart phone. (iphone)

 

 

Circuit System

 

Our circuit system wiring according to international standard, the layout and color of wires are complied with international standard, and all equipped with line number to facilitate maintenance.
