On 27 August 2025, the 2025 Automotive Testing and Quality Monitoring Expo officially commenced at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Centre! As one of the world's most influential industry gatherings, this edition focuses on technological innovation in testing and quality monitoring amid the wave of automotive intelligence, electrification, and connectivity. At this event, Sanwood Technology showcased equipment including double-layer walk-in high-low temperature test chamber and battery high-low temperature explosion-proof test chamber, delivering professional environmental testing solutions to the industry.

Heating rate: Average across range, 3℃/min (mechanical refrigeration, with 1.5KW load heating capacity)

Cooling rate: Average across range, 1℃/min (mechanical refrigeration, with 1.5KW load heating capacity)


Battery Temperature Explosion-Proof Test Chamber

Temperature Shock Range: -40°C to +180°C

Temperature Fluctuation: ≤±0.5°C (unloaded, steady state)

Temperature Uniformity: ≤1.5°C (unloaded, steady state)

Temperature Deviation: ≤±1.5°C (unloaded, steady state)

Heating rate: Average over entire range, 3°C/min (mechanical refrigeration, with 1.5kW load heating capacity)
